New Designs for Intakes and Pumphouses

New Designs for Intakes and Pumphouses

Gone are the chain-link fences and ugly concrete block pumphouses from the days of the past. The new style for intakes goes “All-Natural”. From the river you will hardly be able to see the intake.

The small pumphouse will be located further back from the riverbank and will be an aesthetically pleasing building designed to match the local area, such as a cabin-like structure or fishing hut. Discussions are underway to possibly include an activity/rest area for water sports enthusiasts.

High-density walls will reduce the sound from the efficient quiet pump and the building will be secluded, far distant from any residence. The photo and schematics are just representations.
